Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Returns are not accepted for final sale items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at tateicy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
